A special income-generating training and rice distribution event was successfully held for VWB (Vulnerable Women Benefit) beneficiaries at Belgachi Union Parishad, Alamdanga Upazila. The event was organized with the support of the Department of Women Affairs under the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs, and implemented by Subah Samajik Unnayan Sangstha.
This program was designed to help VWB-listed women increase their income through practical training while also receiving essential food aid in the form of rice. The initiative is part of an ongoing commitment to improve the quality of life for women from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Such collaborative efforts continue to pave the way for economic empowerment and social upliftment in rural communities.
