On June 3, 2024, an impactful program was successfully held at Kalidaspur Union Parishad, focusing on the empowerment of vulnerable women under the Vulnerable Women Benefit (VWB) initiative. This program was made possible with the support of the Department of Women Affairs and implemented by Subah Samajik Unnayan Sangstha, a committed non-governmental organization working for sustainable development.

The event featured a hands-on income-generating training session tailored to the VWB beneficiaries. The training aimed to empower participants with essential skills to enable them to pursue independent income opportunities, such as tailoring, handicrafts, or small-scale businesses.
