With the support of the Department of Women Affairs under the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs, and implemented by Subah Samajik Unnayan Sangstha, an Income-Generating Training Program combined with a session on Positive Social Change Indicators and Rice Distribution was successfully held for VWB beneficiaries.

The event took place at the Bamundi Union Parishad, Gangni Upazila, Meherpur District.

This initiative focused on building women’s capacity for self-reliance through income-generating skills, while also promoting awareness of important social issues such as child marriage prevention, women’s rights, and leadership in community development.

Through continuous programs like this, Subah Samajik Unnayan Sangstha reaffirms its commitment to empowering rural women, strengthening family livelihoods, and fostering sustainable social transformation in Bangladesh.
