On July 4th, 2024, an income-generating training and rice distribution program was successfully conducted at the Kumari Union Parishad under Alamdanga Upazila. This initiative was carried out under the guidance of the Department of Women Affairs, Ministry of Women and Children Affairs, and implemented by Subah Samajik Unnayan Sangstha.

The event was organized for beneficiaries of the Vulnerable Women Benefit (VWB) program, aiming to enhance their income opportunities and ensure food support through rice distribution. The program reflects a collaborative effort to empower women and support their livelihoods in rural areas.
