‘Porishkar Kori 2018’ Clean-Up Campaign Launched in Meherpur

Organized by Subah Samajik Unnayan Sangstha, the ‘Porishkar Kori 2018’ (Let’s Clean 2018) campaign was inaugurated at the premises of the Meherpur Deputy Commissioner’s Office. The initiative was officially launched by the Honorable Deputy Commissioner of Meherpur.

Key Activities of the Campaign:

 

✅ Cleaning of the DC office premises and surrounding government institutions
✅ Promoting environmental awareness through active youth participation
✅ Raising public consciousness about hygiene and cleanliness practices

Participants:

 

📌 A large number of enthusiastic youths
📌 Officials and staff from various government offices
📌 Members of Subah Samajik Unnayan Sangstha

Closing Ceremony & Certificate Distribution:

 

📌 The Deputy Commissioner led the youth participants in a pledge to maintain cleanliness
📌 Commitment made to uphold hygiene and environmental care
📌 Certificates of participation were awarded to the youth volunteers

 

This campaign has played a significant role in highlighting the importance of environmental awareness and public cleanliness in Meherpur, with plans underway to expand the initiative even further in the future.
