As part of the ongoing efforts to uplift vulnerable women, a specialized Income-Generating Training Program was successfully conducted by Subah Samajik Unnayan Sangstha at Ailhans Union Parishad. The initiative was carried out under the supervision and collaboration of the Department of Women Affairs, operating under the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs.

The training targeted VWB (Vulnerable Women Benefit) beneficiaries, providing them with practical skills and knowledge designed to enhance their ability to generate income independently.
